Timezones
Rocket Conversions is a digital agency with team members and clients all over the world. We work across many different time zones and we always aim to find mutually acceptable times for calls etc. We expect our clients to be fine with that.
Replying To Emails/Messages
The Rocket team guarantees to reply to emails within 24 hours on weekdays. Usually, we do so much faster, but this is not to be expected.
Weekends
The Rocket team does not work on replying to client communication on weekends. However, we do have monitoring measures in place for your campaigns to be taken care off.
Data Ownership
All campaigns for all services are run on your accounts. Sure, we help you set things up, we create marketing materials for you, but you own the files and data. We do not run campaigns on our accounts. We run all campaigns on your marketing platforms. You own all project deliverables. We only manage the projects within our project management tools and your platforms.
Ad Creation
The number of ads stated in your service package is the maximum number of ads we can provide within the scope of your service package. However, Rocket Conversions is not a just content creator and the ad creatives are just a means to achieve the desired outcome. Rocket Conversions reserves the right to create less ads if data of the campaigns indicates that this is not necessary to achieve a better performance.
Requests
Rocket Conversions takes up to 3 days to act on ad-hoc requests.
Brand & Design Materials
If no brand guidelines are provided, Rocket Conversion can only provide a max. of 2 revisions on ads. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate the expectations on design work clearly for our designers to be able to meet their expectations.
For all materials provided, if the client provides a large folder of unorganized assets, Rocket will request the client to choose the appropriate files to use. This is to prevent Rocket from wasting time sorting through 100s of media files, so we can focus more on delivering results for you.
Advertising Strategies
Rocket Conversions is transparent by giving clients access to the ad account and campaigns. We provide a high-level understanding into our campaign strategy and structure. However, it is not the job of Rocket Conversions to give detailed explanations on the campaign strategy and structure. This is to protect Rocket’s strategies.
Competitor & Ad Research
Rocket Conversions is transparent by giving clients access to the ad account and campaigns. We provide a high-level understanding into our competitor research & advertising market research. However, Rocket Conversions does not share access to our internal research documents. This is to protect Rocket’s proprietary strategies.
Communication
Rocket Conversions focuses on delivering results to its clients. We also recognize the importance of effective communication, which is why we have created different service packages to meet your specific needs. This is also why we need to limit client communication to the scope defined in a chosen service package.
Out Of Scope Requests
Rocket Conversions can not go out of scope and requests to do so will be denied or you will be offered an hourly rate of $150 per hour for the out of scope request. Rocket Conversions does not say yes to every request, but we are always willing to consult our clients on what’s best for their business based on our experience & industry insights – even if the truth is a little bit painful. We’re always open to good advice from you too!
Deadlines
We hold ourselves accountable to meet deadlines and expect our clients to do so as well, particularly with the payment of invoices.
Late Payment
We reserve the right to turn off campaigns and hold off on our work if invoices have not been settled on time.
Refunds
You agree to our “all sales are final” policy — once a client makes a purchase, they will not be eligible for a refund if:
1: we have already started work on the project
2: if you request changes to the scope of the package
3: if you request to end the monthly package early
We reserve to right to make a decision on refund requests on a case by case basis.
Success
We expect our clients to recognize that non-media-buying parts of their business such as the products, the offer, the brand positioning, the customer service/ fulfilment/ delivery times, website conversion rate, seasonality etc. have a huge impact on the success of their conversion campaigns. We aim to provide as much value as possible to our clients on all these aspects & we expect clients to collaborate with us on these points to achieve success.
Time
We value each others time. We’ll always be on time for calls and be prepared for calls to keep them efficient. Rocket team members only wait for 5 minutes on calls. to protect the value of our time. You are then free to reschedule for the next available time slot.
Partnering
Rocket Conversions only works with clients that share the same expectations and seek for a mutual beneficial relationship. If a client determines the partnership is not working out, we expect them not to renew the contract. If we determine a partnership is not working out, we will decide not to renew a contract.
Upholding Standards
We expect clients to understand that we’re an agency, that we are responsible for other clients, and that we have to uphold these company standards.
Extending Contracts
We do not extend contracts with clients who fail to meet the above.
Consent
By signing a contract with Rocket Conversions Limited, Business Registration Number: 72181026-000, registered in Hong Kong, you hereby consent to our Terms of Service and agree to its terms.
