Rocket Conversions is a digital agency with team members and clients all over the world. We work across many different time zones and we always aim to find mutually acceptable times for calls etc. We expect our clients to be fine with that.
Replying To Emails/Messages
The Rocket team guarantees to reply to emails within 24 hours on weekdays. Usually, we do so much faster, but this is not to be expected.
The Rocket team does not work on replying to client communication on weekends. However, we do have monitoring measures in place for your campaigns to be taken care off.
The number of ads stated in your service package is the maximum number of ads we can provide within the scope of your service package. However, Rocket Conversions is not a just content creator and the ad creatives are just a means to achieve the desired outcome. Rocket Conversions reserves the right to create less ads if data of the campaigns indicates that this is not necessary to achieve a better performance.
Rocket Conversions takes up to 3 days to act on ad-hoc requests.

Out Of Scope Requests
You agree to our “all sales are final” policy — once a client makes a purchase, they will not be eligible for a refund if:
1: we have already started work on the project
2: if you request changes to the scope of the package
3: if you request to end the monthly package early
We reserve to right to make a decision on refund requests on a case by case basis.
By signing a contract with Rocket Conversions Limited, Business Registration Number: 72181026-000, registered in Hong Kong, you hereby consent to our Terms of Service and agree to its terms.
